Electric fence tester which tests the voltage of the wire, anything from under 2000v to 6000v and above on a four light display. When the button is depressed and touching the wire you will get a voltage reading, the user acts as the earth.
6000v - Voltage very good
2000v - voltage sufficent / too low
A handy tool to keep in the vehicle. Requires batteries.
